For this bet Chris contends that by the conclusion of the 2012 MLB season The Toronto Blue Jays will record at least 92 wins on the season. The bet is in the proposal stage and Mark has yet to agree or dispute the terms as required to constitute a formal bet.
In the event that The Toronto Blue Jays win 92+ games in the 2012 season and Chris is the victor of this wager he shall be paid 10$ in Canadian funds by Mark.
In the event that The Toronto Blue Jays win 91 games or less and Mark is the victor of this wager he shall be rewarded with two free tickets to a Toronto Blue Jays post season game at the Rogers Centre.
The terms of this wager were accepted by both parties on March 8, 2012 in the City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
