For this bet Mark contends that by the conclusion of the 2010 MLB season pitcher Mike Pelfry will have a record that includes at least 14 wins. Chris disputes this claim taking the opposition that his final win count will be under 14.
Update: Mike Pelfry finished the 2010 season with 15 wins.
