For this bet Mark contends that by the scheduled flights for Air Canada will continue uninterrupted by labour disputes for the period between Monday March 12, 2012 and Tuesday March 20, 2012 . Chris disputes this claim taking the opposition that there will be a labour dispute during this period which will result in scheduled flights being canceled.
In the event of no strike and Mark is the victor of this wager he shall be paid $10 in Canadian funds by Chris.

The terms of this wager were accepted by both parties on March 8, 2012 in the City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Update: Although there was a service disruption at or around this time (including flight cancellations for Bach Patch members) it was not technically the result of a strike. As such it is deemed that Mark is the victor of this bet as judged by Randy. Officially Chris disputes this ruling but has yet to file his appeal with the appropriate Parliamentary Committee
